Respected Citizens offers Assisted Living --- Assisted living offers the best of independent living combined with nursing help. This type of senior citizen housing option is best for people who can live semi-independently but may need extra help or nursing care occasionally. Assisted living has apartments with full kitchens and baths for clients but also have a cafeteria (meal cooked). Meals are prepared in the resident’s apartment, or ordered from the cafeteria and delivered to the apartment. In addition, assisted living offers community events to keep residents involved in social activities, such as community outings.

At Respected Citizens, we are offering accommodation for you – 2 Bed Room Flats with 2 Bathrooms, One Kitchen, One big Hall situated at Shanthi Nagar – Near Masab Tank area – Heart of the City of Hyderabad – India.

It’s a well ventilated G+4 Floor Building with 2 Apartments (condominium) on each floor  (total 8 Apartments) – all rooms are having 9’X8’ Windows for natural light and fresh air. Big Hall is provided with Balcony with sliding Glass Doors.

Rooms are provided Smoke/Fire Detectors. Kitchen is provided with LPG Gas Sensor Alarm.

Building boundary walls are monitored using CCTV Cameras.  Building is having Fiber Internet Connection with Wireless LAN.

Ground floor is having ample parking for vehicles. Building is having Lift (elevator) and Generator Power Back-up for common areas. Inverter wiring provision is available if tenant wants to install inverter.

24 Hours on Duty Trained Nurse is available. Daily one visit of General Physician is also provided. On Call Doctor is available at extra charge.

Every day, your blood pressure and sugar levels will be monitored and recorded – available for you and your loved ones to see on web site. Time to time reminders for Medicine will be provided to Citizens requiring such reminders. Please note that Nurse is shared among all Flats. If dedicated nurse is required, can be arranged at extra cost.
